The bed was really comfortable! I also appreciated the helpful staff member at check-in. I needed assistance, and they were right there to help. Opening the window for fresh air was also a treat.
The area around the hotel seemed a little dodgy at night.

The staff at reception were helpful. The cleaning staff also maintained the rooms well. The room had effective space usage with useful amenities. I found good quality towels and bed sheets in my room. Its proximity to the shopping area also aided my travel.
There were very limited facilities at the hotel. I think improvements can be made to the amenities offered. This would improve the hotel experience. Cards were primarily used for transactions, made changes difficult to manage.

The staff at the reception provided assistance, aiding with check-in and check-out efficiently, and housekeeping maintained the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast started early for a sports event. I appreciated that it showed consideration with early schedules. The service was friendly!

I stayed for a night in a comfort double room. the location was excellent. The main train station was a short walk away. self-service check-in was available, and the staff assisted when needed. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
the area around the train station felt unsafe at night. i saw several people asking for money. this made walking back to the hotel uncomfortable. better lighting could help improve the situation.

the staff WAS excellent. cleaning staff are ALWAYS helpful. i liked the compact room. the towels are good. the shower gel and shampoo are great. the hotel IS close to shopping.
the surrounding area is not good, i felt a bit unsafe. it feels like anyone can access the hallways. the card IS NOT always working on the elevator.

The location is SUPER convenient, especially with the main train station so close. I found transportation easy, and moving around was quite simple. Plus, the self-check-in option was a HUGE help!
The area around the station had people , made me feel a little uncomfortable, particularly late at night.

The room had a nice shower with strong water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. I saw the hotel store had many drinks and snacks. It was very convenient that the hotel let me wait in the lobby prior my late departure. I was not asked to leave.
The self check in process seemed a bit slow. Many people was to require help which resulted in queues at the terminals.
